A family business with thirty years behind it
MSA Horizon was founded by the children of the late Mr. Mirza Shoukat Ali to continue the work he built over three decades: honest pricing, sound workmanship and clients who come back.
From our office in Al Bawadi, Jeddah, we take on civil, MEP and industrial scopes, and we back them with our own equipment, transport and material supply.
